Today was a long 400m workout. I did 20x400m with 1 minute rest aiming at 71s or so and then on #14 and #20 I had to go hard. It went really well, I felt good. I was able to get right back into it after the 57 on #14. Overall pleased with how I am progressing. Did some core with Zach and Will afterwards.
