Felt great today considering the heat. Prepared accordingly, and my fitness brought me through. Big props to Kyle and Max for pacing the whole thing, and helping us to run in a big group comfortably. Ran 3:25, 3:25, 3:22, 3:21, 3:18, 3:17. Felt super smooth and I am in awesome shape right now.
