Comments:
Cool workout.
Run 400m in lane 1 at 5k pace. Maintain the pace all the way out to lane 2,3,4,5,6. Then run it backwards in lane 6,5,4,3,2,1.
Forgot my flats but still averaged 1:18 per lap which is tough when you get to lane 6!
