Legs hurt during the warm up but started to feel better after the first 1000. Felt good to get some speed work in after doing so much distance running. Felt the most tired on the 4th 1000, very very hot out, probably the longest distance workout I've ever done. Felt good for the cool down. Did bands and abs after
