Comments:
Did 7 and strides today. My pace was a little quicker than suggested, but it felt really easy and smooth so I was satisfied. Stretched well afterwards.
EDIT: Did 86 (PR) pushups tonight. I should've gotten it today but I didn't get into a rhythm. I'm gonna go after it again Sunday and hopefully I get 100.
