Fartleck kindof.
warmup to plateau then:
1 mile @ 8-felt awesome. ready to kill the workout
1 mile @ 7-the pick up feels good. Legs good, breathing relaxed
2 miles @ 6-not bad to start, legs starting to hurt, breathing kinda hard
2 miles @ 6:30-exhausted. legs are gone not sure where everything went. really dropped off. really hurting just to maintain 6:45
3 mile cd-exhausted the whole way back. Hip really hurt randomly for a couple random strides. got a good stretch ice bath tomorrow.
day 1 lift-felt fine
8x30 quickly, quite sore
decent stretch and roll. Needed to get to fribbs.
