Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
My left foot hurt so bad today, I literally limped to every class. I went to Sports Med., and they rubbed this ice block on my foot and wrapped some tape on my arch for support. I felt better, but it still is painful to go faster than a limp/walk(though it doesn't hurt to go slower). I'm not running Seaside so yeah.
