Comments:
Easy run for a Friday. I have close 5 straight days. this has potential to wreak havoc on my running logs. I need to remember that doing anything is a progress. After two days off it was nice to get the legs back in action, I feel great, starting to look great, lifted some weights after the run. time to start doing some of that!
