Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Lots of discussion about posture and rotator cup exercises. Given the correct exercises to do.
Did rowing machine. 12-10-8-6-12 starting with 30 pounds. Did band exercise for rotator cup strength. Than I did sit-ups, chest and arms correctly. Finished with sit-ups on ball and bench and with ball.
