FINALLY A GOOD WORKOUT. Didn't feel super great to start but I took it a bit easier at the beginning and really hit this workout hard. Here are the splits (~800m loop the one with two hills and strider)
wu and cd's were a bit more than 2 miles but its okay.
only core and stretch today because practice started late. Lift tomorrow.

I think sleep is the key here. Got 8.5 hours last night and woke up on my own. Need to keep getting sleep.
