Coach made the long trek to the Commonwealth and we did the Lyon Village Loop clockwise, followed by six, quality striders on Robert's Lane. He eased my concerns about only getting in five runs last week by noting the length of the season. I am glad I feel like a forty minute run is so short. After the run 2:15 planks, 20 plank leg lifts, 30 clams per leg, 30 supermen with 1:15 hold, 200 crunches, Peter Silverman mountain climbers to 25, 20 calf raises per leg, 25 pushups. I didn't feel the shin on the run at all and see that it is responding well to ice.
