Comments:
Pleased for the most part with my workout today. The first loop took a lot out of me but I was still able to hit decent times on the last two interval. Near the end of the second interval my abdomen bothered me a good deal and was afraid it was the end of my workout due to previous experiences. Ended up staying back from the pack on the last interval and played catch up with the main pack. I feel that if I didn't develop the side stitches I would have killed it on the last rep, but I'll take it. Decent day.
