Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I crashed and burned the last half mile, what was most frustrating for me was that I felt like I didn't run to my ability or even my current fitness. I could pinpoint the point on the course where I gave up and I was angry about it after the race, but at the same time I know that it still was a solid workout and I can only go uphill (see what I did there?) from here.
