Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
ran a tempo up north park to shelburne to green, then came back shaker to south park. mapped it out beforehand to 8mi. thought i was going too slow on the way out, but when i got to what i think was 4mi, i was right on 5:50 pace. ran a little faster on the way back i guess, mostly since it was downhill. definitely more effort on the way out. my back was sore today and i felt it. overall a successful first tempo.
