Did a really tough workout on the track today. We alternated 200m paces each lap but it was all continuous. We had to hit 35/45 which is 5:20 mile pace but obviously very broken up. I got to 3.75 miles before Coach pulled me, I went through right on pace through about 3 miles and then fell off. It was tough switching up the pace and my legs still haven't been the best so overall I was actually pretty happy with how it went. After I stopped, I had 5 minutes and then had to run a sub 60 400m. I ran 55.9 pretty easily with going out fairly slow.
