Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
3 miles of on and off 4's. don't think it would have been too bad if my legs still haven't felt so completely sore. I think trying to incorporate faster distance runs with hills is a hard adjustment on the legs although they are getting used to it. I would like to take tomorrow slower on the run if that's okay just to give my legs a little break. I hit my fast time but I didn't time the off 4's so it may have been slower.. the effort was there though.
