Comments:
Felt pretty sick this morning and last night. The congestion did not help me run fast, but I felt pretty good for most of it. All the fast 400s were between 78-80 and the easy 400s were 1:33-1:37. I struggled in the last mile, and I stopped with 800 to go because my breathing was really off, but considering that I was very satisfied with the work I put in. My shin splints were very aggravating afterwards and now, so I may take Sunday off even though I would prefer not to.

EDIT: Did core twice today for fun.
