Weather: cool, breezy, partly cloudy

Comments:
Today we did our pre-race, then had a good ol' pep talk on the trail. Then Nate and I ran the first mile of the course 3 times together at a decent, mild pace. We talked the whole time and it went by fast for me at least. I stretched a bit before and after too.
