Comments:
My breathing felt fine despite me being somewhat sick. Nothing really hurt, I was comfortable with the pace, and with the gradual pick ups. I like pacing off Linda on long runs, she helps keep it consistent.
On the way back my left leg was just giving me weird feeling, it wasn't pain but it almost felt like it was going numb. I stopped at 6.35 for 5 seconds because I thought I could stretch it but I quickly realized I should have just kept going. I stopped at 8, I wanted to do the 10 but knew it was smart not to.
