Comments:
Stomach felt weird at first but I ignored it or it went away... The run was challenging especially at a few big hills. But Other than that I actually felt very good and relaxed at most points. The second half of the run was a lot faster which is what we were suppose to do but the effort level felt almost the same. My left knee keeps tightening up at the end of long runs so that was the only thing that annoyed me. 7:51, 8:05, 7:59, 8:02, 7:35, 7:11, 7:07, 7:14. Overall great run!
