Comments:
Ran long day with the guys. Woke up with extremely tight arches. It was because of going into new shoes. Put on old shoes and the pain lowered alot. Ran the run with old shoes. Run felt amazing. Destroyed the hills and kept with the leader pack. Best long run in a while.
