Comments:
Very interesting workout today. I was still sleeping through the warmup and the first two reps, and then I realized I felt super smooth. I really worked on keeping my form and breathing efficient today, and I was very successful with it. I went after it on the 5th one, but I definitely did not have it. The times were not what I wanted, but it showed my fitness level is there, and I'm excited about that. The 1200s were at 4:13, 4:02, 3:56, 3:56, 3:51, 3:53, 3:53. Supers smooth, but still lots and lots of work ahead to achieve my goals. Core and bands after
