Comments:
Today was such an awesome day--I had my first rugby practice (which was a ton of fun and very different from anything I've ever experienced), enjoyed my run so much, and got lots of work done.
I ran after rugby today and thankfully didn't feel too heavy-legged. Instead, it was the type of run that I just zoned out and ran without thinking (although occasionally I'd readjust my form to make sure it was still good). It was one of those days that I just started tempoing the way home because I felt happy and up for it. I'm hoping that I'll be able to keep running while also going to rugby. But for now, it's working well!
