Post-lift to BU bridge

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Lifted with rugby from 7:30 to 8:30, which was good but not too tough as we were going over a lot of technique. After, I ran Franklin st to Cambridge st then right along the river paralleling Memorial Dr until BU bridge. Overshot a bit to get to the pedestrian bridge then ran back to school on the other side of the river.

My legs felt heavy and tired and I feel generally tight. I'm going to work on stretching more consistently. Planks and crunch progression when I got back. (I've been forgetting to write in my strength work but I'm going to make a better effort to record it from now on.
