Goal - 8*1000 @ 3:20 w/ :45rest.
Actual - 6*1000 w/ :45rest, then last 600 of the last 2 1000s (so ~2:00rest before the 2 600s)
splits - 3:20, 3:20, 3:21, 3:21, 3:20, 3:22, 1:59, 1:50
CD - Kent State all-purpose trail

Worked out with Birant and Ethan (KSU undergrad) at Kent State's track. I went into this workout without the preconceived notion that I'd be able to do all 8*1000 with only 45 seconds rest. Once I started to tail off at the end of the 6th 1000, I decided to run the last 600meters of Birant's last 2 1000s, and it worked out well. At this early point of building up in this cycle, I don't need to "dig deep" to finish any specific workout; I'd rather get the mileage in for the rest of the week. This was still a solid workout, though, and I'm satisfied.
