Today I did not have as good of a workout as I was hoping for. It was hot, tough, I wore my trainers and my legs weren't giving me much. We did a warm up then the workout was

I rested after the 400m and did my 1.5 mile tempo at the end because I was struggling.

We had 90 seconds rest inbetween each one.

1 Mile: 4:57
1.5 Mile: 8:59
800m: 2:19
1.5 Mile: 9:49
400m: 1:01
Rest
1200m: 3:51 (calves were cramping)
1.5 Mile: 8:29 (on grass)

The tempo was really tough and we had to run up a big hill which was really tough. The intervals went pretty well for me except for the 1200m because my calves were cramping up. I really wish I had had a better workout but I still ran my best.
