Comments:
As we had no practice scheduled and I knew I'd end up working late at the LMS and oversseing my daughters all afternoon, I woke before 6 and headed out for a little something. The stitches on the neck seem to healing fine, so I'm returning to normal training.
With every passing mile I felt looser and sharper. It was a pretty good run, all in all. I went through Chevy Chase and out Dorsett to the creek in Kenwood and then back the way I'd come. My final mile was a minute faster than my second mile. I felt strong and crisp gong up Dorsett both ways and I barely noticed the tile path behind Friendship Heights. Nice way to start the day.
I've finally back-logged my three RTB legs from Friday and Saturday. for log stalkers.
