Speed workout (was told move down 2 groups) Run a light pace but same workout. Last interval (supposed to be fastest) ran with my group! Felt great!

2 hours of ballet (adv., intermediate pointe) very hard, and a calve killer workout
Gonna be super sore tomorrow
