Comments:
Got up EARLY to run. Feeling much better (was sick last week, missed 2 days which is pretty worrisome) so this week I wanted to get a good start on my mileage.
First 5 miles went very well, a really pretty morning and I felt a bit faster than usual.
The rest was fine except for the last mile which was pretty darn slow. This has been my longest run all summer.
