Comments:
My legs felt tired on the warmup. I went out in 5:43 which felt ok but about 2.5 miles in I could feel my legs fatiguing already. By the time I came through the 5k in 18:28, my quads were burning and then the last 3k was rough. Definitely a bit dissapointed with this race considering I didn't run much faster than I did last year but it's only the first 8k and I really think I have much better races in me this season
