Comments:
Should have run about 12-13 km., but on Jan 1 set the goal of running a 25km run each week. Have kept it up each week so far and just couldn't break the streak. Parked in the wrong place but by chance met up with the Boreal group. Great seeing everyone....running thru the woods was amazing, super talk on fuelling for a race by Tatiana Allore.
