Ran with Wahner and Alley. Split 6's, goal of 32/200 pace.

350 (goal 56), 2:00 rest
250 (goal 40), 5-6 min rest between sets.

I wound up doing three of these a little off the back. I felt pretty out of shape, and the pizza and protein shake I'd had before didn't much help.

Split pretty much 59/41 for each.
