Weather was better than it has been. Me and Ababu ran to the railroad tracks. The run was very good. We didn't have the race today so we went fast. The good thing about this run was it was fast and tiring, but was not taxing at all. We only did 6 reps so it didn't tire me out after. I should be fine tomorrow for a decent run. I felt pretty good most of the run. My pace for each rep was 5:28, 5:33, 5:35, 5:38, 5:29, and 5:18 pace. The jog in between was at 9:00 pace.
