Swam in the varsity pool today so I felt pretty legit. Also I beat Chippy a ton at kick boarding and learned how to aqua jog like a pro. P.s. Chippy kick boards like a sea otter. Interval aqua jogging with kick boarding warm up and cool down. Plus some sprints.
