Long run

Comments:
Ran with Tom, Peter, and Peter's brother Matt. We started the run off easy and eventually picked it up a little at the end but not much. My legs felt very beat up from the race and I was very tired the last two miles. I am definitely going to take it easy tomorrow to recover for tuesday's workout.
