evening long run

Comments:
drove home from chicago and got in around 3:30. needed some time to decompress, so laid on my bed for a bit before heading out. met up with gilad and chris at north park, and ran with them up north park to green. continued on up fairmount past richmond to the traffic circle, then headed down gates mills. got to shaker and went through the parks back to warrensville. clocked a 9:04 for the 1.5mi that is marked out on the path. came back down south park, around the first lake, then down north park to s.overlook and up euclid hts to the apt. solid long run considering the drive. a little bit of a down week in total mileage and long run distance, but did some solid workouts, despite the changes in schedule.
