I decided to jump on the bike. I felt it a little on the bike. It's definitely more in my quad. I have been trying to stretch it all day. It was hard to tell after a while if it was aching because of the bike or not.
Over 90 RPM the entire time.
I switched between level 6-9 depending on when I was tired or feeling good. Average heart rate 158
