Night run to Arsenal St

Comments:
Ran after team dinner today, which was OK but my stomach started hurting about halfway into the run. I felt surprisingly good given that i had lift this morning and rugby practice (with some good sprinting repeats) earlier in the day. Although I've been loving my runs a lot, I recognize that running and playing rugby (and having any chance at having leisure time on top of work) is not the most sustainable solution. So, an obvious answer is just to run less but honestly it's one of the few things that truly feels like home amid all the new parts of my life. So, it's hard to let that go. We'll see, maybe I'll just cut the running down to 3 days a week or so. There's got to be a compromise in there somewhere!
