ran with the 1500 guys today. the workout was a lot tougher, but definitely way better for me. its a lot nicer to have people to chase after instead of running by myself in front of jensenius and josh lin. meant to speed up on the second set but slowed down instead. kinda felt like crap but coach seemed to think i ran really well. i might be running the 1500 in atlanta too, but im not sure, cause they don't really tell us anything.
also, my shins were hurting again during the workout, which is just a pain in the ass more than anything, cause with 3 1/2 weeks left until conference im not going to stop running now.
