I met with my coach jones and talked about training for my first half marathon. He said I will train for 6 long months! I'll run 4 days a week and 1 of the 4 days will be my longer run! My goal adverse time I'm shooting for is 1:45 on my half marathon! We'll we will see in 6 months from now how I am :) #livesteong
