Comments:
Today was an interesting day. Went a little harder than I wanted to today, but I really went after it on the second set. Went 15:38, then 15:18 on the second set, and closed in 5:00 for the last loop. I really did well today on keeping my form smooth even though it hurt really badly, which I was the most proud of. I have worked hard on that this summer, and it is paying off dramatically. Did core after, but this workout was one step of many in the right direction!
