Weather: warm, sunny
Comments:
We warmed-up and stretched first. Then we did 1600m repeats again. This time though, I had to do 4 of them within 10 seconds of the time which was 6:10, still with 1 minute in between. I felt a little more tired than last time today. Especially on the 2nd one for some reason, my calves were tired. But other than that, I felt fine. After that I ran a 2 mile cooldown on the black trail with Elijah and then rode the bike.
