Surprise race down mlk today.
Meant to take it out in 5:30. Ended up being 5 flat (more like 5:15)
2nd mile: 10:34 (5:20)
3rd mile: 16:20 (5:45)
5th mile: 28:23 (12:00 for 2 miles)
as splits show, I died. Once again... wtf is wrong... Better sleep? last nights wasnt so great. trouble staying asleep, feeling exhausted in the morning.
4x300 accelerations- got nice and fast. Hurt
New lift, week 6 (?) Day 1. Hard lift. legs and arms feeling it
