Comments:
Even with only 45s rest, I was fully recovered when we started each one. Even at the very end, they just didn't seem to be getting any harder. Feels like I can run 1:16 all day long. Hit almost all of them right at 1:15 - 1:17, and finished with a 1:11.
Pouring down rain for the entire workout.
