Comments:
It was an ok run. I was hoping to run better than this. I need to stop killing myself by staying with varsity during speed work. I did 5 reps. The pace of each rep was 5:38, 5:58, 6:15, 6:01, and 6:25. I know I ran slow, but I'm not too worried on it. I had a good run Saturday and a little bit of threshold running yesterday. I also want to start holding back more on the speed work and doing some threshold running on the distance days.
