5x1200m hills - up the normal hill, then keep going all the way around the stone wall.

Good workout. I was limited by my legs instead of my lungs, and that always makes a successful day for me.

Strength, bear abs, and a 47 degree ice bath.

Also, the degree sign breaks this thing.
