Comments:
Meg said to take off at least two days, and try to get my IT as loose as we can. We did ultrasound. I heated, foam rolled, took advil, and iced. We used the tool today, my bruising is worse than the previous time. It hurt really bad, and she didn't even do it for that long. Linda worked on me for a little. I made an appointment with a the massage therapist where Linda works and she said she'll try something on me there.

I'm trying to be patient because I know me trying to do workouts and dropping out of them isn't helping me either.
