Comments:
Oof - I don't remember having a more difficult run during this training period. For the 2-mile intervals, I was riding the line of pain - right on the edge between 'pushing it' and painful. Started with a warm-up mile and then did three 2-mile intervals with a 1/2-mile rest jog in between; 1-mile cool down. In retrospect, I might have been a bit too aggressive with the pacing. At any rate, it's all done, splits below.
