Comments:
Even though I was running tired and sore after a week of high mileage I felt like I performed well in this meet. I felt ok for the first mile, then in the second mile felt pretty bad and I almost felt like settling where I was at. But a little into the second mile I felt a resurgence of energy and started to pass people and finished hard for my last mile. It felt really good and I improved even more from last week's performance.
