Weather: 80ish and sunny

Comments:
We had athletes in 11 of the 12 races and for most of these races I was probably conservatively covering 800-1200 meters, mostly at a jog or sometimes at a run. Bear in mind this jogging lasted from 1-7 pm. I also jogged the first 2km of the course with the team and paused several times for this too. All in all, the mileage and time are simply conjecture. Feet are sore and legs are tired from being on my feet all day, but I feel fine otherwise. The races ranged from true novice 5kms to stunning early season performances. As always, I had a blast!
